Maître d’Hôtel Butter
Ingredients
- 8ounces butterroom temperature
- 1tablespoon parsleyminced
- 2teaspoons lemon juice
- 2teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions
- Cut butter into 1 inch cubes and then use a kitchen aid with a wire whip to mix the butter until soft and smooth. ***You may need to scrape the butter down from the mixing bowl a couple of times.
- Once the butter is soft and smooth combine the remaining ingredients with the softened butter and mix until incorporated.
- Compound butter can be used immediately or piped or rolled and wrapped into a log. Keep chilled until service.
