Tarragon Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 8ounces butterroom temperature
- 1tablespoon tarragonminced
- 2teaspoon lemon juice
- 2teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions
- Cut butter into 1 inch cubes and place in Kitchen Aid mixer. Using a wire whip attachment whip the butter until soft and smooth.
- Once the butter is soft and smooth combine the remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Compound butter can be used immediately or piped or rolled and wrapped into a log. Keep chilled until service.
