Ingredients
  • 8ounces butterroom temperature
  • 1tablespoon tarragonminced
  • 2teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions
  1. Cut butter into 1 inch cubes and place in Kitchen Aid mixer. Using a wire whip attachment whip the butter until soft and smooth.
  2. Once the butter is soft and smooth combine the remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  3. Compound butter can be used immediately or piped or rolled and wrapped into a log. Keep chilled until service.
