Hazelnut Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1ounce white wine vinegar
- 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1teaspoon honey
- 1ounce hazelnut oil
- 2ounces olive oil
- coarse saltto taste
- black pepperto taste

Instructions
- Combine the vinegar, mustard, and honey.
- Gradually whisk in the oils.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, and pepper.
