Banana-Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2cups fat-free milk
- 2cups yogurt
- 4each bananas
- 2cups rolled oats
- 3tablespoons honeyor to taste
- 1teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Put milk in a blender, followed by the yogurt, fruit, oats, honey and cinnamon. Blend at high speed until smooth.
