  • 2cups fat-free milk
  • 2cups yogurt
  • 4each bananas
  • 2cups rolled oats
  • 3tablespoons honeyor to taste
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Put milk in a blender, followed by the yogurt, fruit, oats, honey and cinnamon. Blend at high speed until smooth.
