Basil Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quarts basilpacked
- 3/4cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheesegrated
- 1/4cup pine nutstoasted
- 4each garlic
- 1/3cup olive oil blend
- coarse saltto taste
- black pepperto taste

Instructions
- Pulse the basil in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Add the cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil and process until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
