  • 2ounces capersdrained and chopped
  • 3tablespoons chivesminced
  • 3tablespoons tarragonchopped
  • 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1teaspoon anchovy filletminced and puréed
  • a/n fine salt
  • a/n black pepper
  • a/n Worcestershire sauce
  • a/n Tabasco sauce
