Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
  • 6ounces bittersweet chocolatefinely chopped
  • 1/2cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2cup water
  • 1/3cup sugar
  • 1/4cup cocoa powder
  • 2tablespoons butter
  • 1pinch coarse salt
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. In medium saucepan, stir all ingredients (except vanilla) together over medium low heat until combined and melted. Increase heat to medium and bring to a low boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Continue to cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in vanilla off-heat.
  4. Cool slightly (to about 140°F) before serving.
