Ingredients
  • 6each chicken breastsbnls/sknls, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
  • 4tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4cup Indian curry sauce base

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat to shimmering.
  2. Brown the chicken pieces until the meat is almost cooked through.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces with the turmeric powder and stir to combine.
  4. Add the curry sauce and cover.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  6. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to three days.
