Camarones A La Diabla
Ingredients
- 1pound shrimp20-24, peeled and deveined
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2tablespoons chilulah hot sauce
- 6cloves garlicminced
- 1teaspoon lime zest
- 2teaspoons raw honey *or sugar
- 2teaspoons pickled chipotleor chipotle in adobo sauce
- 2teaspoons white wine vinegar
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to tast

Instructions
- Mix in a large bowl the shrimp with the all the ingredients. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Heat up a skillet or pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of veg oil and cook your shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve right away with warm tortillas, cilantro, avocado and plenty of limes.
- Serve With: 8-10 flour or corn tortillas 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped Avocado sliced Limes Wedges
