Ingredients
  • 1pound bow tie pastacooked in salted water
  • 3/4cup pesto
  • 1/4cup cream
  • 8 ounces button mushroomssauteed in butterr and oil and salted
  • 2 ounces red onionsthinly sliced
  • 4 ounces sundried tomatoesliced thin
  • 3 each grilled chicken breastoptional

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in salted water. Meanwhile saute mushrooms and hold.
  2. when pasta is done, heat a large saute pan and pour in cream. stir in pesto to evenly mix the sauce. Add pasta, mushrooms, onions and sun dried tomatoes and heat over low-medium until hot. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately. Serve with diced grilled chicken if using.
