Ingredients:
- 3 grams Thai red chilies, finely chopped
- 20 grams garlic, peeled, chopped
- 100 grams sugar
- 5 grams salt, fine
- 60 milliliters vinegar, rice (unseasoned)
Method:
- Combine vinegar, chillies, garlic, salt and sugar in blender.
- Blend until fine.
- Place in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat and reduce heat.
- Simmer 15 minutes to syrup consistency.
- Cool and serve.
