Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 quarts basilpacked
  • 3/4cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheesegrated
  • 1/4cup pine nutstoasted
  • 4each garlic
  • 1/3cup olive oil blend
  • coarse saltto taste
  • black pepperto taste

Instructions
  1. Pulse the basil in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the cheese, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil and process until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
