Bow Tie Pasta with Pesto and Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1pound bow tie pastacooked in salted water
- 3/4cup pesto
- 1/4cup cream
- 8 ounces button mushroomssauteed in butterr and oil and salted
- 2 ounces red onionsthinly sliced
- 4 ounces sundried tomatoesliced thin
- 3 each grilled chicken breastoptional

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water. Meanwhile saute mushrooms and hold.
- when pasta is done, heat a large saute pan and pour in cream. stir in pesto to evenly mix the sauce. Add pasta, mushrooms, onions and sun dried tomatoes and heat over low-medium until hot. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately. Serve with diced grilled chicken if using.
