Ingredients
  • 1pound shrimp20-24, peeled and deveined
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2tablespoons chilulah hot sauce
  • 6cloves garlicminced
  • 1teaspoon lime zest
  • 2teaspoons raw honey *or sugar
  • 2teaspoons pickled chipotleor chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 2teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to tast

Instructions
  1. Mix in a large bowl the shrimp with the all the ingredients. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Heat up a skillet or pan over medium heat. Add a drizzle of veg oil and cook your shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve right away with warm tortillas, cilantro, avocado and plenty of limes.
  3. Serve With: 8-10 flour or corn tortillas 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped Avocado sliced Limes Wedges
