Grilled Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 16-ounce chicken breastsboneless, skinless, tender removed
- a/n coarse salt
- a/n black pepper
- 2tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the grill with two temperature zones. Clean and oil the grilling grate.
- Dry chicken breasts with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place chicken on hot side of grill and cook until well browned, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Flip and continue to cook until second side is browned and chicken registers 160°F on an instant read thermometer.
- If second side browns before it registers 160°F, move to cool side of grill, cover, and let cook until chicken reaches temperature.
- Remove chicken from grill, let rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve immediately.
