Ingredients
- 1/4cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1T dried oregano
- 1T dried rosemarycrumbled
- 3 garlic clovescrushed
- 6 ea pita rounds6-inch

Instructions
- Gently simmer oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper in a small heavy saucepan, stirring constantly, until garlic is fragrant but not browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Strain through Chinois, and hold for service.
