Indian-Curry-Seasoned Chicken
Ingredients
- 6each chicken breastsbnls/sknls, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 4tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4cup Indian curry sauce base

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat to shimmering.
- Brown the chicken pieces until the meat is almost cooked through.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the turmeric powder and stir to combine.
- Add the curry sauce and cover.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is tender.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to three days.
