Ingredients
  • 8ounces butterroom temperature
  • 1tablespoon parsleyminced
  • 2teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions
  1. Cut butter into 1 inch cubes and then use a kitchen aid with a wire whip to mix the butter until soft and smooth. ***You may need to scrape the butter down from the mixing bowl a couple of times.
  2. Once the butter is soft and smooth combine the remaining ingredients with the softened butter and mix until incorporated.
  3. Compound butter can be used immediately or piped or rolled and wrapped into a log. Keep chilled until service.
