Pan Seared Salmon
Ingredients
- 1each fresh salmon6 ounces
- 1tablespoon oil blend
- 1tablespoon butter

Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat saute pan over medium heat.
- Add oil and butter AFTER the pan is hot. This will prevent sticking.
- Sear salmon on both sides until nicely browned. Be careful not to over-brown or burn. You may finish cooking your salmon in the oven if necessary.
