Ingredients
  • 1each fresh salmon6 ounces
  • 1tablespoon oil blend
  • 1tablespoon butter

Instructions
  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat saute pan over medium heat.
  3. Add oil and butter AFTER the pan is hot. This will prevent sticking.
  4. Sear salmon on both sides until nicely browned. Be careful not to over-brown or burn. You may finish cooking your salmon in the oven if necessary.
