Ingredients
  • Step 1: Preparing the Sauce
  • 2 1/2cups Basic Pomodoro Sauce
  • 1/4cup kalamata olivespitted and sliced
  • 3tbsp capersstrained and rinsed
  • 1/2each anchovy filletsvery small chop
  • pinchpinch chile flakes
  • 2tbsp fresh parsleyminced
  • 1tbsp fresh basiltorn
  • black pepperto tast
  • salt to taste

Instructions
  1. To prepare the sauce, in a large fry pan, add the Pomodoro Sauce. Fold in the fresh basil, capers, olives, chile flakes and parsley.
  2. Next, place the pan on medium heat to warm up and combine all ingredients well. Cook for 3 minutes then remove from the heat.
  3. Serve over penne pasta
