Rémoulade Sauce
Ingredients
- 6ounces mayonnaise
- 1/2ounce capersrinsed, chopped
- 1/2ounces cornichonschopped
- 1tablespoons chiveschopped
- 1tablespoon tarragonchopped
- 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
- a/n coarse salt
- Worcestershire saucea few drops or to taste
- Tabasco saucea few drops or to taste

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Hold refrigerated.
