  • 6ounces mayonnaise
  • 1/2ounce capersrinsed, chopped
  • 1/2ounces cornichonschopped
  • 1tablespoons chiveschopped
  • 1tablespoon tarragonchopped
  • 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • a/n coarse salt
  • Worcestershire saucea few drops or to taste
  • Tabasco saucea few drops or to taste
