Rémoulade Sauce
Ingredients
- 28ounces mayonnaise
- 2ounces capersdrained and chopped
- 3tablespoons chivesminced
- 3tablespoons tarragonchopped
- 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1teaspoon anchovy filletminced and puréed
- a/n fine salt
- a/n black pepper
- a/n Worcestershire sauce
- a/n Tabasco sauce

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
- Serve or store refrigerated.
