Shirred or Baked Eggs
Ingredients
- 2ounces buttersoftened
- 6ounces Canadian baconcubed
- 3ounces heavy cream
- 6large egg
- 1cup gruyere cheesegrated

Instructions
- Butter each of the six-ounce ramekins with the softened butter. Add the cubed Canadian bacon and 1 tablespoon of cream to each of the 6 ramekins.
- Bake in a 400℉ degree oven about 10 minutes or until cream starts to simmer
- Take the ramekins out of the oven, crack an egg into the cream and top each with cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake about 5-10 more minutes.
