Tamatar ki Chutney
Ingredients
- 10 tomatoeschopped
- 1/2tsp mustard seeds
- 2tsp gingerchopped
- 2ea garlic clovescrushed
- 2tsp oil
- 10 ea basil, dried leaves
- 1ea lime zestedzest from one lime
- 1/2tsp red chilli powder
- 2tsp vinegar
- 3tsp sugar
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper- to taste

Instructions
- In a wok (kadhai) add oil. Add mustard seeds, basil leaves, ginger, garlic.
- Once cooked, add tomatoes. Let the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add sugar, salt, vinegar, red chilli powder and pepper.
- Cook this till the tomatoes are soft and squishy. Serve with idli, dosa and vada.
