Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:
  • 4 each tomatoes, plum, diced
  • ½ each red onion, red, diced
  • 2 each scallions, white and green parts, sliced
  • 1 each serrano chile, seeded and minced
  • ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 each lime, juiced
  • ¼ cups oil, olive
  • 1 teaspoons salt, coarse
Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together.
  2. Toss thoroughly.
  3. Let it sit for 15 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
