Cocktail Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper, black
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce, optional

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small non-reactive bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
