Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
  • 1 slices Canadian bacon
  • 1/2 English muffins
  • 1 eggs, poached
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • Hollandaise Sauce
Method:
  1. Brown the bacon in a medium skillet and toast the English muffins, cut-sides up, on a baking sheet under the broiler.
  2. Lay a slice of Canadian bacon on top of each muffin half, followed by a poached egg.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon hollandaise sauce over the eggs.
