Yield: 500g
Ingredients:
- 90 grams egg yolk
- 45 grams distilled vinegar
- 45 grams water
- 18 grams egg yolk powder
- 9 grams glucose syrup
- 9 grams salt
- 3 grams MSG
- 0.6 grams soy lecithin
- 300 grams vegetable oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except oil in blender.
- Blend on low speed to mix. Scrape sides and bottom of blender pitcher if needed.
- While blending, slowly drizzle in oil until mixture is thick and thoroughly combined.
