Gitskan Baste
Ingredients
- 1/4cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3tablespoon sugar
- 2teaspoons kosher salt
- 1cup water
- 2-3 drops liquid smoke
Yield:
Instructions
- Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a 8" saute pan while stirring constantly to help dissolve the the solids.
- Cool to room temperature.
