Ingredients
  • 4cups veel stock
  • 4 each hard boiled egg
  • 3each chicken breastcut into 1/2 cubes
  • 1 1/2 inchpiece fresh gingerpeeled, halved lengthwise
  • 6each garlic clovessliced
  • 2`ounces shitake mushroomssliced thin
  • 1/2tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2tablespoon onion powder
  • 1tablespoon chicken base
  • 2packages dried ramen
  • 2each baby bok choysepeated
  • 1 head broccolicut down to florets
  • 2each green onionssliced

Instructions
  1. Combine stock, base, chicken, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning in a large pot or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, until chicken is cooked through, 20 minutes.
  2. Add bok choy and broccoli, and cook, stirring occasionally, until beginning to soften, about 2 minutes. Add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Stir in scallions just before serving. Season with salt and white pepper. Serve with hard boiled egg.
