Ingredients:
- 3 each avocados
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt, fine
- ½ teaspoon cumin, (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Method:
- Halve avocados, remove pits and scoop flesh into a bowl. Pour lime juice over avocado flesh.
- 2. Using a fork or potato masher, mash lightly until mixture is still a little chunky. Stir in cilantro, onion, garlic, jalapeño, salt and cumin if using.
