Sautéed Mushrooms

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 green onion, white and green parts, chopped
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 ounce dry white wine
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • Worcestershire sauce, a few drops

Directions:

  1. Sauté green onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over low heat until mushrooms begin to caramelize, about 20 minutes
