Ingredients:
- 1 green onion, white and green parts, chopped
- 1 ounce butter
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ounce dry white wine
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce, a few drops
Directions:
- Sauté green onion in butter until tender.
- Add the remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over low heat until mushrooms begin to caramelize, about 20 minutes
