Yield: 1 quart
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups flour, AP
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons salt, coarse
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 ounces beer
- ¼ cup soda water
Directions:
- Just prior to frying, mix the dry ingredients together, then slowly whisk in beer and soda water to the consistency of pancake batter.
