Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
Method:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisking constantly, add the oil in a slow, steady stream until emulsified.
  3. Adjust the seasonings to taste.
