Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Yield: 2 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup buttermilk, shaken well
  • 2-3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon, dill, parsley, chives or celery leaves (or a combination)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • few dashes Tabasco sauce
Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart deli-container.
  2. Use an immersion blender to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning and consistency as needed.
