- 1 recipe Miso Soup
- 1 recipe Gyoza
- 1 recipe Shrimp Tempura
- 1 recipe Tuna Tataki with Ponzu
- 1 recipe Hoso-Maki (Thin Rolled Sushi)
- 1 recipe Sushi Rice
- 1 recipe Katsudon (Makes 1 serving)
