Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces cabbage
  • 2 ounces onion, about 1/2 a small onion
  • 1 ounce green bell pepper, about a 1″ strip
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, plus 1 tablespoon
Method:
  1. Place cleaned cabbage, onion and green pepper in blender or food processor.
  2. Process to fine pulp.
  3. Add relish and mayo and stir to blend.
  4. Place in a covered container.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
