Ingredients
- Caramel Sauce
- Chocolate Ganache Tart, cut into 1 1/2″ X 4″ rectangles
- Salted Caramel Ice Cream, formed into 2 oz. quenelles
- Salted Caramels
Method:
- On a retangular plate, and using a large spoon, form a tadpole swoosh of caramel slightly off-center running lengthwise across the plate.
- Place a tart on plate where appropriate.
- Place a quenelle of ice cream on the plate where appropriate.
- Place the salted caramel on the plate where appropriate.
