Each student independently demonstrates:
- 1 serving Crispy Beef with Oyster Sauce and Scallions (25 points)
- Using the supplied recipe, students demonstrate mise en place, ingredient prep, stir-fry technique and knife skills.
- 1 serving Stir-Fried Vegetables (25 points)
- Using the supplied ingredients (see list), students demonstrate mise en place, ingredient prep, stir-fry technique and knife skills.
- 1 serving Jasmine Rice (10 points), students demonstrate proper rice cooking technique.
