For the Pappardelle:

• 1 recipe for Pasta Dough

For the Sauce:

• 1/2 recipe for Italian Tomato Sauce

1. Make the pasta dough and cut the dough into pappardelle.
2. For the sauce and using the above ingredients, create a sauce for the pasta.
3. Trascinate la pasta con il sugo.
4. Top with grated parmesan and serve.
