- 1 recipe Butter Chicken
- 1 recipe Indian Curry Sauce Base
- 1 recipe Indian Curry-Seasoned Chicken
- 1 recipe Indian Curry-Seasoned Lamb
- 1 recipe Naan
- 1 recipe Basmati Rice Pilaf
- 1 recipe Chicken Biryani
- 1 recipe Tomatar ki Chutney
Each individual students completes the following:
- 1 serving of Chicken Tikka Masala served on a bed of Basmati Rice Pilaf
- Day 8 PowerPoint
- Reading: Indian Cuisine and Basic Recipes
- Reading: Overview Regional Cuisines
