- 1 recipe Green Chile Sauce
- 1 recipe Guacamole
- 1 recipe Pico de Gallo
Part 2:
Each student completes the following:
- 1 recipe Chicken, Black Bean, Corn and Pablano Quesadilla
- 1 individual order of Nachos (your creation)
